collegeIt is College Weekend here at Xtra Point Football with this week's questions for Dr. Roto being all from college students. If your question was not answered this time, you can go directly to the source @ https://www.roto-rx.com/ where Dr. Roto will answer all your Fantasy Baseball and Football questions.

The Doctor is in...

Question #1: Who is the more valuable fantasy RB, Bradshaw or Jacobs? - Mark, University of South Florida

Mark: Dr. Roto loves Ahmad Bradshaw. Bradshaw is elusive, runs hard, and sees the holes and attacks them. Jacobs runs over guys like a Mack truck. They make for a great combo. However, Jacobs gets a slight edge roto-wise because he is the goal line back for the G-Men.

Question#2: I waited for 4 years to get LT on my roster and now I have him and I've been offered Steve Slaton for him. I should take that deal right? - Mario, University of West Alabama

Mario: At best, LT has one to two more seasons left in him. He had a pretty good game the other night against Denver which is promising. Slaton is one of my favorite players but Gary Kubiak is giving goal line carries to Chris Brown. Let's give LT another week or two to prove that he is still a player...if he can't do it this week against KC, it might be time to get nervous.

Question #3: Is Devin Hester a 1st tier fantasy receiver in your eyes? - Steven, U.S. Naval Academy

Steven: Hester is probably tier two. He should be right around 1000 yards receiving with 8 or so TD. This is a solid WR, but the big boys are good for 1200+ yards and 10 TD. His upside is good...remember, this is only the second or third year playing the position.

Question #4: Should I start Thomas Jones or Ronnie Brown this week? - Michael, Virginia Tech University

Michael: With Cotchery out this week and Sanchez struggling to find any other WR, it looks like the Jets will be feeding Thomas Jones the ball once again this week. He should have a good game against a Raider Defense that has struggled against the run. As for Brown, the Fins play the Saints this week. Pretty good chance they will be behind in that one...which will mean fewer carries for Brown.

Question #5: Doc, I need you to settle an argument w/ my brother. Who is the better fantasy RB? I say Michael Turner he says DeAngelo Williams. What say you? -Paul, University of New Haven

Paul: Dr. Roto agrees with.....Your brother. Don't get me wrong, I am a big fan of Michael Turner, but take a good look at him this week, it really seems like he may have lost a step. Without that burst, he is just another excellent RB. Also, with Matty Ice being so good in Atlanta, the Falcons don't need to rely on Turner as much as they did last year. This is a close one, but I will go with Williams.

The Doctor is out...
